Indication

Relief of fever, rhinitis, headache, common cold, nasal congestion, and influenza symptoms.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Phenylpropanolamine HCl 15 mg
• Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 caplet every 6–8 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 caplets in 24 hours. Take with food or water.

Side effects

• Drowsiness (due to chlorpheniramine)
• Dry mouth
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Elevated blood pressure (due to phenylpropanolamine)

Precautions

• Do not exceed recommended dose
• May cause drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery
• Avoid alcohol
• Use with caution in hypertension
