Indication
NHU-T8 TRIPCIN (Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate + Miconazole Nitrate + Neomycin Sulfate, 10 g) is a triple-combination topical cream used to treat mixed skin conditions involving inflammation, fungal infection, and bacterial infection simultaneously, such as infected eczema, tinea with secondary bacterial superinfection, and complex dermatitis.
Ingredients
- Triamcinolone acetonide acetate
- Miconazole nitrate
- Neomycin sulfate
Direction
Adults: Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area two to three times daily. Clean and dry the area before application. Avoid use on the face unless directed. Duration should be limited to the shortest necessary period.
Side effects
- Local burning
- stinging
- or irritation
- Skin atrophy
- striae with prolonged use
- Hyperpigmentation or depigmentation
- Allergic contact dermatitis
- Systemic absorption effects with extensive or prolonged use
Precautions
- For external use only.
- Avoid use on the face
- groin
- or axillae for extended periods.
- Prolonged use may cause skin atrophy
- striae
- or adrenal suppression (corticosteroid component).
- Do not use in viral skin infections
- rosacea
- or acne.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Use with caution in children
- limit duration.
- Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any component.
- Keep out of reach of children.
