Codalgin Forte 500 mg / 30 mg

Indication

Short-term management of severe pain.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Codeine Phosphate 30 mg

Direction

Children 12 years of age and above and adults: 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours if necessary for relief of severe pain. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24-hour period.

• dizziness
• headache
• dry mouth
• tinnitus
• pruritus
• sweating
• low blood pressure
• constipation and
• rarely
• blood disorders or bronchospasm. If any severe or unusual symptoms occur
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Contains codeine and may cause addiction
• dependence and respiratory depression. Do not use in children under 12 years
• during breastfeeding
• or in people with active alcoholism
• respiratory disease or CYP2D6 ultra
• rapid metaboliser status. Use with caution in impaired liver or kidney function and pregnancy. Do not drive
