Indication
- Essential hypertension - Stable coronary artery disease - Reduction of risk of cardiac events
Ingredients
- Perindopril Arginine and Amlodipine Besylate
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling)
- Persistent dry cough
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Headache
- Fatigue or somnolence
- Palpitations
Precautions
- Contraindicated during pregnancy
- Risk of angioedema
- Monitor kidney function regularly
- Monitor serum potassium levels
- Avoid use with severe hypotension
- Caution in patients with liver impairment
