Indication
Provides nutrients for the formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells, supporting health, vitality and energy release. A source of organic iron, folic acid and vitamin B12, particularly suitable during pregnancy and the monthly cycle.
Ingredients
- Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 24 mg
- Zinc 12 mg
- Copper 2000 mcg
- Folic Acid 500 mcg
- Vitamin B12 10 mcg
- Vitamin B6 5 mg
Direction
One capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Only to be taken on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
