Indication

Prevention and treatment of diseases caused by vitamin A and vitamin D deficiency in children and adults: nutritional rickets, treatment of eye diseases such as dry eyes, night blindness. Treatment of skin diseases such as ulcers, acne, psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis. Supplement of vitamin A and vitamin D during the periods of growth phase in children, poor vision, malnutrition, chronic infectious diseases, pregnancy and lactation, and in the elderly.

Ingredients

• Vitamin A 5000 IU
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 400 IU (per soft capsule)

Direction

Take 1 soft capsule daily, or as directed by the physician. Keep out of reach of children. Read the directions carefully before use. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protect from light.
