Hirudoid Cream 0.3%

Indication

Topical treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis, soothing relief of superficial bruising and haematoma, inflammatory conditions of varicose veins, aftercare following sclerotherapy of varicose veins, and loosening of hard scars.

Ingredients

• Mucopolysaccharide polysulphate (organo
• heparinoid) 0.3 g per 100 g cream

Direction

Apply 3-5 cm of cream to the affected area, or gently massage it in, once or twice daily, or as directed by a doctor. For external use only.

• Skin irritation or a stinging sensation

Precautions

• For external use only.
• Do not apply to broken skin
• open wounds
• mucous membranes or sensitive areas
• or over large areas of skin.
• Use with caution if you have a bleeding disorder such as haemophilia or thrombocytopenia.
• Do not use if you are allergic to heparinoids or any ingredient of the cream.
