Indication
Relief of pain and inflammation: postoperative and post-traumatic inflammation/pain; muscular and skeletal pain, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing and cervical spondylitis, acute gout; painful inflammatory conditions in gynaecology; cystitis and epididymitis; dental inflammatory conditions such as pericoronitis of the third molar and alveolar abscess; painful inflammatory conditions of the respiratory tract such as tonsillitis and pharyngitis.
Ingredients
- Serratiopeptidase 10 mg (20
- 000 units
- as enteric
- coated granules)
- Diclofenac potassium BP 50 mg
- Paracetamol BP 500 mg
Direction
Oral route. 1 tablet 3 times daily after meals, or as directed by the physician. Swallow whole.
Side effects
- Nausea
- vomiting
- stomach pain
- heartburn or diarrhoea
- Loss of appetite
- Headache or dizziness
- Skin rash or itching
- Rarely
- stomach ulcer
- gastrointestinal bleeding
- liver or kidney problems
- Allergic reactions such as swelling or difficulty breathing
- stop use and seek medical help
Precautions
- Do not use if allergic to serratiopeptidase
- diclofenac
- paracetamol
- aspirin or other NSAIDs
- Use with caution in patients with a history of GI ulceration
- haematemesis
- melaena
- ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease
- Use with caution in severe cardiac
- hepatic or renal impairment
- Use with caution in patients taking anticoagulants (blood thinners)
- Do not take with other products containing paracetamol or NSAIDs
- avoid alcohol
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
- Keep out of reach of children
