Indication
Conforming (stretch) bandage used in first aid to hold wound dressings, gauze or padding in place and to give light support to minor sprains, strains and joints; conforms to body contours.

Clean and cover any wound with a sterile dressing first. Start wrapping below the injured area, wind the bandage in a spiral overlapping each turn by about half its width, with even, moderate tension, and secure the end with tape or a clip. Do not wrap too tightly.

- Numbness
- tingling
- coldness or swelling below the bandage if applied too tightly
