Indication

Reusable elastic crepe bandage giving compression and support for sprains, strains, soft-tissue injuries and swollen joints (ankle, knee, wrist, elbow), and for holding dressings or splints in place.

Ingredients

• Cotton and spandex elastic crepe fabric
• 75 g/m²

Direction

Start wrapping below the injured area and wind upward in a spiral or figure-of-eight, overlapping each turn by about half its width, with firm but comfortable even tension; secure the end with a clip or tape. Remove and reapply if numbness, tingling or increased pain occurs. Can be hand-washed and reused.
