Almex 400 mg

Indication

Broad-spectrum anthelmintic for single or mixed intestinal worm infections: pinworm (threadworm), whipworm, large roundworm, hookworm, Strongyloides and tapeworm (Taenia).

Ingredients

• Albendazole USP 400 mg

Direction

Take as directed by the physician. Usual dose for adults and children over 2 years: one 400 mg tablet as a single dose; children 1–2 years: 200 mg. Chew the tablet before swallowing.

• hair loss or changes in liver function tests

Precautions

• Do not use during pregnancy
• women of childbearing age should avoid pregnancy during and shortly after treatment
• Do not use if allergic to albendazole or any other ingredient
• Use with caution in liver disease
• Keep out of reach of children
