Indication
Used as a dietary supplement to provide Vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage. Supports skin health and immune function.
Ingredients
- Natural Vitamin E (d

- tocopheryl acetate) 400 IU
Direction
Adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated at recommended doses.
- At high doses: nausea
- diarrhoea
- abdominal cramps.
- Rarely: increased bleeding tendency.
Precautions
- High doses may increase the risk of bleeding — use with caution in patients on anticoagulants.
- Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy.
- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- Keep out of reach of children.
