Indication
A combination vaginal tablet used for the treatment of mixed vaginal infections, including bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, candidiasis (vaginal thrush), and associated inflammation.
Ingredients
- Ternidazole 200 mg
- Neomycin 100 mg
- Nystatin 100
- 000 IU
- Prednisolone 3 mg
Direction
Adults: 1 vaginal tablet inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for 10 consecutive days. Use the applicator provided. Continue treatment during menstruation if required.
Side effects
- Local irritation
- burning
- or itching in the vaginal area.
- Rarely: allergic reaction to neomycin.
Precautions
- For vaginal use only.
- Not for use during the first trimester of pregnancy.
- Inform your doctor if pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- May damage latex condoms or diaphragms — use alternative contraception during treatment.
- Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve.
- Keep out of reach of children.
