Tergynan Ternidazole + Neomycin + Nystatin + Prednisolone

Indication

A combination vaginal tablet used for the treatment of mixed vaginal infections, including bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, candidiasis (vaginal thrush), and associated inflammation.

Ingredients

• Ternidazole 200 mg
• Neomycin 100 mg
• Nystatin 100
• 000 IU
• Prednisolone 3 mg

Direction

Adults: 1 vaginal tablet inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for 10 consecutive days. Use the applicator provided. Continue treatment during menstruation if required.

Side effects

• Local irritation

• or itching in the vaginal area.
• Rarely: allergic reaction to neomycin.

Precautions

• For vaginal use only.
• Not for use during the first trimester of pregnancy.
• Inform your doctor if pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
• May damage latex condoms or diaphragms — use alternative contraception during treatment.
• Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve.
• Keep out of reach of children.
