Indication
- Schizophrenia - Bipolar disorder mania - Bipolar disorder depression - Major depressive disorder adjunct
Ingredients
- Quetiapine Fumarate
Direction
Take orally as directed, usually one to three times daily. It can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Somnolence (excessive sleepiness)
- Dry mouth
- Dizziness
- Weight gain
- Constipation
Precautions
- Increased suicidal thoughts risk
- Metabolic changes and weight gain
- Risk of tardive dyskinesia
- Avoid alcohol while medicated
- Monitor blood sugar levels
